Upon completion of a home inspection with Guardian Inspection Services, you will receive a 20 page
Building Analysis Report, complete with written remarks, summary page, and
payment record. You
will also receive a FREE copy of the Home Maintenance Guide (tips for busy
people).
This report was first developed
in 1984 at the request of home inspectors who needed to present a
concise but complete summary of the results of their inspections, free
from the sort of technical language which many home buyers would find
bewildering. This report is highly used around the U.S.,
including members of many respected professional organizations.
